To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and the appropriate return address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@nexoratails.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
